Nonprofits We Love

We love women who are making a difference, and those who are starting positive change in our communities that can impact the lives of women everywhere.

We also enjoy showcasing nonprofits that make life just a bit better for the mothers and their children.

Stay tuned to this page as we highlight some spectacular non-profits who are doing just that!

Know of a motivated non-profit that is great for women? We’d love to hear about them!

Athens Pregnancy Center, Athens, GA

We’ve been involved at the Center since August 2017. Ever since that first day, it just clicked, felt like a second home! The staff is incredibly kind and loving. The ladies and their partners are treated with utmost respect and compassion.

We love leading the Mama Group each Friday. It’s been an eye-opening experience as we fell more and more deeply in love with the mamas that came each week and their beautiful babies.

This center is not just focused on the mamas and babies, but fathers as well! Check out their dad programs! You will be super happy you did.

Bekah is a wildflower; desiring to grow wherever she is planted! With a faith to follow Jesus where he leads, a heart to serve a forgotten and broken population, and a love of adventure, she has been traveling the world and fighting sex-trafficking. Her passion is to love people well! She studied Health and Human Services at Kennesaw State University, worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer in inner-city Atlanta, nanny-ed in Italy, and then was called to work with women and children trapped in sex-trafficking in Bulgaria and Miami.  She is currently serving with Mission to the World and headed back to Rome, Italy to fight sex-trafficking and explore starting a team for ministry there.

If you feel called to help the mothers, daughters and families affected by sexual-trafficking, please support Bekah’s initiative here:

Many wonderful programs have sprung up from this organization, one of which, Healthy Families, is very near and dear to us. Support Workers provide prenatal visits to expectant parents and in-home visits to parents of newborns. They offer parenting education, support, and information about community resources for up to four years after the birth of a child.
